Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

Returns

Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days have passed, we are no longer able to offer refunds or exchanges. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and placed in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, and items should never be sent back to the manufacturer.

Some products cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, used items, and certain custom or personalized products. Returns that arrive in damaged condition or are missing parts for reasons not related to our error may be eligible only for a partial refund. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

After your return is delivered to us, we will inspect the item and notify you by email that we have received it. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Processing times vary based on your bank or credit card company.

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, check your bank account again and then contact your credit card provider. If the refund still has not appeared, contact your bank, as additional posting time may apply. Sale Items

Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@clearlaketackle.com and we will guide you through the process.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To start a return, email us at info@clearlaketackle.com for further instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs are non refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
